Michigan has one of the highest unemployment rates, one of the highest gas taxes, and failing automotive companies are headquartered here.
This is their rationale: you and I go to a bar. We're joined by billionaire Bill Gates. If you average our three salaries it looks pretty good. But of the three of us, two are scuffling. As far as the GOP is concerned though, a glass 1/3 full is plenty.
