My latest discovery

As soon as men decide that all means are permitted to fight an evil, then their good becomes indistinguishable from the evil that they set out to destroy.
-Christopher Dawson

I was recently turned on to the comical stylings of Andy Singer. Until I can learn to draw myself, I'll use my site to promote the best editorial humor I can find.

What your cartoon illustrates is something Christopher Dawson wrote in 1942 in the Judgment of Nations:

//"As soon as men decide that all means are permitted to fight an evil, then their good becomes indistinguishable from the evil that they set out to destroy."//

The quote looks great up there! So, how many progressive bloggers will it take to change the world? The more the merrier.

c'mon, man..torture? What examples can you give me of how we tortured people. If you are referring to the gitmo stuff let's remember who the heck we're dealing with. People expect us to treat the terrorist prisoners like other war prisoners from the past but these are not soldiers..they are terrorists who hide among the civilian population and would cut your head off with a very dull knife if they catch you. The "torture" you are referring to was on a very small scale and was hardly torture compared to what they would do to an American prisoner. Wake up.
